Mozzarella Salad
Ingredients
for 4 persons
- 1 box of Marie Thumas Groovy Greens
- 1/2 romaine lettuce
- 300 g small pre-cooked red beets
- 2 balls of buffalo mozzarella
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- a few sprigs of basil
- pepper and fleur de sel
Preparation
- Sauté the Groovy Greens mix for 4 to 6 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Meanwhile, cut the romaine lettuce and red beets into pieces.
- Arrange the salad mix with the Groovy Greens on a platter. Add the red beets and buffalo mozzarella, then finish with olive oil, pepper, fleur de sel, and a few basil leaves.
