Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1 box of Marie Thumas Groovy Greens
  • 1/2 romaine lettuce
  • 300 g small pre-cooked red beets
  • 2 balls of buffalo mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • a few sprigs of basil
  • pepper and fleur de sel

Preparation

  1. Sauté the Groovy Greens mix for 4 to 6 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the romaine lettuce and red beets into pieces.
  3. Arrange the salad mix with the Groovy Greens on a platter. Add the red beets and buffalo mozzarella, then finish with olive oil, pepper, fleur de sel, and a few basil leaves.
