Pasta with fresh salmon

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1 box of Marie Thumas Groovy Greens
  • 150 g fresh salmon in cubes (or smoked salmon in strips)
  • 300 g spirelli
  • 50 g feta in cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh dill
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta as described on the package, drain, and mix with some olive oil.
  2. Sauté the Groovy Greens mix for 4 to 6 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Mix it with the pasta.
  3. Distribute the salmon and feta over the pasta and finish with a twist of the pepper mill and fresh dill.
