Sea bass

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1 box of Marie Thumas Groovy Greens
  • 4 sea bass fillets
  • 120 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • pepper and fleur de sel

Preparation

  1. Sauté the Groovy Greens mix for 4 to 6 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in another non-stick pan and cook the sea bass for 2 minutes on the skin side, then flip. Cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat. Add the thyme and rosemary, and squeeze a bit of lemon juice into the pan. Spoon this over the fish regularly. Season with pepper and fleur de sel if needed.
  3. Serve the Groovy Greens mix on a platter, placing the sea bass fillet on top. Finish with some lemon zest.

TIP: You can also serve with some roasted baby potatoes if desired.
