Pasta with fresh salmon
Ingredients
for 4 persons
- 1 box of Marie Thumas Groovy Greens
- 150 g fresh salmon in cubes (or smoked salmon in strips)
- 300 g spirelli
- 50 g feta in cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- fresh dill
- pepper
Preparation
- Cook the pasta as described on the package, drain, and mix with some olive oil.
- Sauté the Groovy Greens mix for 4 to 6 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Mix it with the pasta.
- Distribute the salmon and feta over the pasta and finish with a twist of the pepper mill and fresh dill.
