Salad with croutons
Ingredients
for 4 persons
- 1 box of Marie Thumas Mango Tango
- 50 g mixed salad greens
- 30 g baby spinach
- a handful of croutons
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper and fleur de sel
Preparation
- Sauté the Mango Tango mix in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix the olive oil with the salad greens and season with pepper and salt.
- Serve the Mango Tango mix on a plate and top it with the salad, baby spinach, and croutons.
