Tacos with pulled chicken

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1 box of Marie Thumas Coolie Power
  • 8 or 12 small tacos
  • 500 g chicken breast (for pulled chicken)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 150 to 200 ml barbecue sauce
  • 80 g tzatziki
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube

Preparation

  1. Cook the chicken breasts in a large pan with water and a chicken bouillon cube for 12 to 15 minutes. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix them with the sauce. Peel and finely chop the red onion, then stir it in.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté the Coolie Power mix for 3 to 4 minutes in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Warm the tacos in a pan. Cut the romaine lettuce and arrange it on the tacos, followed by 2 tablespoons of Coolie Power mix and the pulled chicken. Finish with a dollop of tzatziki to taste before serving.

TIP: For homemade tzatziki, mix 200 g Greek yoghurt with 1/2 grated cucumber and the juice and zest of 1/2 lime. Season with salt and pepper.
