Bruschettas with sweet potato spread

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1 box of Marie Thumas Mango Tango
  • 4 slices of sourdough bread or ciabatta
  • 125 g sweet potato spread
  • a few sprigs of garden cress
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Sauté the Mango Tango mix for 3 to 4 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile, toast the slices of sourdough bread in a toaster or with some olive oil in a pan.
  3. Spread the sweet potato spread on the toasts and top with the mix. Finish with a few sprigs of garden cress before serving.
