Tuna tataki

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1 box of Marie Thumas Mango Tango
  • 400 g fresh yellowfin tuna
  • 10 g roasted sesame seeds
  • Sweet teryaki
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 branches of cilantro

Preparation

  1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and sear the tuna on both sides for 1 minute. Season with pepper and roll the tuna in the roasted sesame seeds. Cut the tuna into slices half an inch thick.
  2. Cook the Mango Tango mix for 3 to 4 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Serve the mix on a plate and arrange the slices of tuna on top. Garnish with a few sprigs of coriander.
