Spring rolls

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1 box of Marie Thumas Coolie Power
  • 150 g smoked salmon or cooked shrimp
  • 12 rice papers
  • 20 g chopped peanuts
  • sweet chilli sauce
  • peanut sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • 4 sprigs of coriander

Preparation

  1. Sauté the Coolie Power mix for 3 to 4 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat and allow it to cool.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon into 24 strips.
  3. Dip a rice paper in cold water as indicated on the package. Place the softened paper on a damp towel. Arrange 40g of the mixture on the rice paper, then add 2 strips of smoked salmon, 2 coriander leaves, and some sesame seeds. Roll the spring rolls tightly and repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Cut the spring rolls in half and garnish with coarsely chopped peanuts and extra coriander.
