Spring rolls
Ingredients
for 4 persons
- 1 box of Marie Thumas Coolie Power
- 150 g smoked salmon or cooked shrimp
- 12 rice papers
- 20 g chopped peanuts
- sweet chilli sauce
- peanut sauce
- sesame seeds
- 4 sprigs of coriander
Preparation
- Sauté the Coolie Power mix for 3 to 4 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat and allow it to cool.
- Cut the smoked salmon into 24 strips.
- Dip a rice paper in cold water as indicated on the package. Place the softened paper on a damp towel. Arrange 40g of the mixture on the rice paper, then add 2 strips of smoked salmon, 2 coriander leaves, and some sesame seeds. Roll the spring rolls tightly and repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Cut the spring rolls in half and garnish with coarsely chopped peanuts and extra coriander.
