Salad with croutons

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1 box of Marie Thumas Mango Tango
  • 50 g mixed salad greens
  • 30 g baby spinach
  • a handful of croutons
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper and fleur de sel

Preparation

  1. Sauté the Mango Tango mix in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, mix the olive oil with the salad greens and season with pepper and salt.
  3. Serve the Mango Tango mix on a plate and top it with the salad, baby spinach, and croutons.
