Poké bowl
Ingredients
for 4 persons
- 1 box of Marie Thumas Mango Tango
- 24 peeled black tiger shrimp
- 150 g wild rice
- Sriracha mayonnaise
- a few sprigs of mint
- 1/2 lime

2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions, drain, and stir well.
- Sauté the Mango Tango mix for 3 to 4 mintes in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Cook the shrimp in some olive oil over high heat, then grate some lime zest over them.
- Mix the rice with the Mango Tango mix, arrange the shrimp on top, and finish with sriracha mayonnaise and mint springs.
