Pasta with meatballs

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1 box of Marie Thumas Fiesta Mediterranea
  • 500 g mixed minced meat or falafel
  • 200 g spirelli (large size)
  • 1 can of peeled diced tomatoes
  • 30 g grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Herbes de Provence
  • a few basil leaves
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
  2. Sauté the Fiesta Mediterranea mix for 5 to 7 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the diced tomatoes to make the vegetable sauce.
  3. Season the minced meat with Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Form meatballs and bake them in a bit of olive oil.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mix well, and add the meatballs. Add the grated cheese and gratinate under the grill.
  5. Finish with a few basil leaves.
