Pasta with meatballs
Ingredients
for 4 persons
- 1 box of Marie Thumas Fiesta Mediterranea
- 500 g mixed minced meat or falafel
- 200 g spirelli (large size)

1 can of peeled diced tomatoes
- 30 g grated cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Herbes de Provence
- a few basil leaves
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
- Sauté the Fiesta Mediterranea mix for 5 to 7 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the diced tomatoes to make the vegetable sauce.
- Season the minced meat with Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Form meatballs and bake them in a bit of olive oil.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mix well, and add the meatballs. Add the grated cheese and gratinate under the grill.
- Finish with a few basil leaves.
