Pearl couscous with köfte
Ingredients
for 4 persons
- 1 box of Marie Thumas Fiesta Mediterranea
- 480 g köfte

300 g pearl couscous
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint
Preparation
- Dissolve the bouillon cube in water and cook the pearl couscous as indicated on the package.
- Sauté the Fiesta Mediterranea mix for 5 to 7 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Meanwhile, cook the köfte in a pan with some olive oil.
- Mix the pearl couscous with the sautéed vegetables and serve with the köfte. Garnish with a few mint leaves.
TIP: You can optionally replace the köfte with merguez.
