Cauliflower rice with breaded chicken
Ingredients
for 4 persons
- 1 box of Marie Thumas Cooli Power
- 400 g chicken breasts
- 40 g panko
- 20 g fresh arugula
- 20 g parmesan shavings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chicken seasoning
Preparation
- Coat the chicken breasts in panko mixed with chicken seasoning, then cook them over medium heat in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Meanwhile, sauté the Cooli Power mix for 3 to 4 minutes in a pan over medium heat.
- Serve the mix in a dish, slice the chicken, and arrange it on top. Finish with fresh arugula and Parmesan shavings.
