Turkey Roulade with Fiesta Mediterranea

Ingredients

for 8 persons
  • 2 boxes of Marie Thumas Fiesta Mediterranea
  • 2 turkey fillets
  • 2 packs of Boursin cheese with garlic
  • 200 grams feta cheese

Preparation

  1. Slice the turkey fillets horizontally so that each fillet becomes twice as large and half as thick. Cover with plastic wrap and pound flat with a saucepan to create a large schnitzel.
  2. Spread with Boursin cheese, season with salt and pepper, and arrange some of the Fiesta Mediterranea on top.
  3. Roll up the fillet and tie with kitchen string. If this is difficult, you can also roll it tightly in aluminum foil so it stays together during baking.
  4. Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake for 25–30 minutes depending on the thickness of the roulade.
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for the same amount of time.
  6. Prepare the remaining Fiesta Mediterranea as indicated on the packaging.
  7. Take the roulade out of the foil and brown it all around in butter so the outside is nicely cooked.
  8. Slice into thick pieces and serve with some of the Fiesta Mediterranea. Finish with crumbled feta cheese and the roasting juices from the turkey.
