Poké bowl

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1 box of Marie Thumas Mango Tango
  • 24 peeled black tiger shrimp
  • 150 g wild rice
  • Sriracha mayonnaise
  • a few sprigs of mint
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions, drain, and stir well.
  2. Sauté the Mango Tango mix for 3 to 4 mintes in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook the shrimp in some olive oil over high heat, then grate some lime zest over them.
  4. Mix the rice with the Mango Tango mix, arrange the shrimp on top, and finish with sriracha mayonnaise and mint springs.
