Pearl couscous with köfte

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1 box of Marie Thumas Fiesta Mediterranea
  • 480 g köfte
  • 300 g pearl couscous
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the bouillon cube in water and cook the pearl couscous as indicated on the package.
  2. Sauté the Fiesta Mediterranea mix for 5 to 7 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the köfte in a pan with some olive oil.
  4. Mix the pearl couscous with the sautéed vegetables and serve with the köfte. Garnish with a few mint leaves.

TIP: You can optionally replace the köfte with merguez.
