Mediterranean pizza

Ingredients

for 4 persons
  • 1/2 box of Marie Thumas Fiesta Mediterranea
  • 2 rolls of pre-made pizza/focaccia dough
  • 2 balls of buffalo mozzarella
  • 15 basil leaves
  • 400 g tomato sauce
  • pepper and fleur de sel

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Sauté the Fiesta Mediterranea mix for 5 to 7 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and then add the mix. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and distribute it over the pizza. Season with pepper and fleur de sel.
  4. Bake the pizza for about 3 minutes, or until the mozzarella has melted.
  5. Finish with a few basil leaves.
