Mediterranean pizza
Ingredients
for 4 persons
- 1/2 box of Marie Thumas Fiesta Mediterranea
- 2 rolls of pre-made pizza/focaccia dough
- 2 balls of buffalo mozzarella
- 15 basil leaves
- 400 g tomato sauce
- pepper and fleur de sel
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Sauté the Fiesta Mediterranea mix for 5 to 7 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and then add the mix. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and distribute it over the pizza. Season with pepper and fleur de sel.
- Bake the pizza for about 3 minutes, or until the mozzarella has melted.
- Finish with a few basil leaves.
